At Global Wellspring, therapy is a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space to reclaim your well-being. Stress and trauma can disrupt our sense of balance, storing painful memories deep within the brain and nervous system that leave us feeling anxious, fearful, or stuck. You do not have to navigate this alone. With attuned, body-centered support, it is possible to process trauma from both mind and body, restore your sense of self, and move from surviving to thriving.
Client Population: Adolescents, Adults, Couples, Families, and Multicultural Individuals.
Session Formats:
In-Person Sessions: Held at our comfortable Ashburn, VA office.
Scheduling Flexibility: Daytime and evening appointment options available.

Stress and traumatic experiences are not just mental thoughts—they become encoded in our somatosensory selves and nervous systems. Using specialized trauma processing tools, we gently unburden painful memories at the root level, restoring emotional regulation and helping you re-establish safety within your own body.

Life is full of painful losses that must be grieved, yet our culture rarely acknowledges, welcomes, or talks openly about grief and its profound impact. I seek to offer the empathetic support you need to honor your loss, navigate the complex stages of mourning, and progress through your personal path of healing at your own pace.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a trauma-informed, compassionate approach that helps you relate to your inner world without judgment or self-blame:
• Parts Are Not the Problem: IFS assumes we all have "parts"—such as an inner critic, a people-pleaser, or a protector that shuts down—which developed over time to protect us from pain.
• What Healing Looks Like: Healing involves building trust with protective parts, gently unburdening deep emotional pain, and strengthening your core capacity for calm, clarity, confidence, and connection.
• Who IFS Helps: IFS supports trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship issues, shame, and feeling "stuck"—especially when you are tired of fighting yourself.

Marriage starts as a single event, but it is a lifelong commitment that couples need to understand deeply before entering. Through a structured series of teachings, guided discussions, and essential questions, I help couples explore family-of-origin patterns, core values, financial and emotional expectations, and communication tools to build a resilient foundation for their life journey together.

Do you ever feel a "break" or painful distance in emotional connection with your partner? When stress or unhealed patterns arise, couples often fall into reactive dynamics.
Recognizing Unmet Needs: We work together to identify underlying unmet needs, soften protective barriers, and resolve conflicts within yourself and with each other.
Restoring Harmony: Re-establish emotional intimacy, trust, and authentic warmth in your partnership.

All relational problems generally fall into two categories: perpetual problems (stemming from underlying personality or cultural differences) or solvable problems. I work with individuals and couples to identify these categories, learn effective communication strategies, and transform conflict into an opportunity for deeper mutual understanding and relational growth.

Navigating parenting challenges requires child-centered decision-making and strong emotional regulation. We explore family-of-origin dynamics to help you break unhealthy generational cycles, develop effective parenting skills, and foster nurturing parent-child relationships during every stage of development.

Group environments offer a powerful space to realize you are not alone. Through shared experiential work, mindfulness practices, and mutual support, group sessions provide a community container for deep reflection and healing.

Post-Traumatic Growth & Replenish Healing Retreats
Learning to let go of past wounding and build resilience is a crucial step in overcoming trauma. Resiliency is the capacity to recover from difficult conditions—whether that means returning to your baseline or finding deeper meaning in your journey. Spiritual resiliency means living in alignment with your true self and higher purpose in service to others.
At Replenish Healing Retreats, psycho-spiritual healing within a supportive community helps individuals optimize their natural gifts and thrive:
Weekly Healing Circle: A dedicated space to practice mindfulness meditation, cultivate presence, and listen to inner guidance.
Residential & Day Retreats: Experiential retreats designed to restore, renew, and deepen your connection to life.
The Four Dimensions of SELF Framework
Grounding trauma recovery in neurobiology and somatic awareness, the Four Dimensions of SELF framework explores the neural mechanisms underlying consciousness and emotional states. By becoming aware of our somatosensory selves and fully embodying life, we gain deeper self-understanding and make meaningful life decisions.
For Clients: Restores the personal connection to life force energy and spiritual well-being that has been disrupted by trauma. Anyone can participate via healing circles and experiential retreats.
For Therapists & Practitioners: A combined theoretical and experiential training course that equips practitioners with clinical frameworks and daily practices to guide clients toward deep restoration.
